I have just taken delivery of my new Audi A3 ordered online (and it's perfect).
When I decided to buy an A3, I visited the local showroom and was ignored. Then called for an appointment and was offered free carpet mats instead of the 12% off I found online. When I told them I could get 12%, they told me that a) this was impossible b) if it was, the Audi would be an import. It was neither.
Broadspeed dealt with my old car separately and though the price wasn't fantastic, it was very straightforward (they introduced a trader who collected it the day before the new one arrived).
When the Audi dealer I bought from tried to add 2% to my card payment for the deposit for the new one, Broadspeed got it knocked off.
All in all, I learnt a lot from the Broadspeed people about buying new cars and and would never ever willingly walk into a car showroom again. If web sites like this can persuade car main deaslers to knock 12% off and deliver to my door, all credit to them.
I'd use Broadspeed again and recommend them to friends and family.
