I ordered some flowers from bunches a few weeks ago for my grandmothers birthday as I was away on holiday. On the day of delivery I phoned my grandmother up and asked her if the flowers had turned up and were ok. Unfortunatly they were not very good quality and at the price I paid they should have been perfect. I went for the Mont Blanc bouquet, the lilly being the feature flower. The lillies were not at all fresh and a few buds had been snapped right off. Most of the other lillies never opened. I contacted Bunches a few days after I got back off my holiday and complained that the flowers were not good enough. I was pleasantly surprised that they were very good about it and my grandmother got a fresh complimentary bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates with a note of apology the next morning.
