Buy.com is one of the most popular online stores. Their prices are some of the best on the Internet.

---What do they sell?---

Buy.com stocks computer peripherals, offices supplies, computers, digital cameras, shipping supplies and software. As mentioned above their prices are competitive. Although they sell over 12,000 products, my experience is in some areas there is not enough choice. :(

---How much is delivery?---

Next day delivery for orders under £50 is £4.95 but is free for orders over £50, but you have to order them early in the day to receive your order the next day.

Personally I think that the delivery cost could be made fairer. As £4.95 delivery on a game would make it expensive, but £4.95 on a bundle of office supplies is not so bad.

---Anything else?---

If you have received a Buy.com money-off voucher in your email you can save even more. Unfortunately you can usually only use if you are a first-time customer. :(

If you haven’t received a voucher in your email, you can get one by entering one of their online competitions which is usually located on a banner in the top right of the site.

When the competition closes they will send you a voucher. At the moment it’s £10 of when you spend £40 or more. These vouchers always change but are usually better than the ones you get by entering competitions.

They currently have a special offer. 100 CD-Rs for £22.99 (Inc. VAT).

If you own your own website then you can join their affiliate programme. For everyone who buys something through your website you will receive 5% commission.

---My thoughts---

I have bought numerous items from buy.com including: Age of Empires 2, Microsoft Sidewinder GameVoice and loads of office supplies.

Everthing I have ordered has arrived within 2 days. I don't know how good their customer care is as I haven't had to use it yet.
