Just bought a new car from buyacar.co.uk, trading in my wife's old car. The whole experience was exactly as promised by Buyacar; in fact it was better because the new car arrived 4 weeks earlier than expected, and we're the first registered keepers not the usual second. I was extremely impressd by the professonal level of service I recieved when purchasing my new car with Buyacar. My few initial questions were answered clearly and the sales rep i dealt with, Mr Kay, was paticularly helpful and pleasent to deal with. My car was delivered within 8 weeks as promised. The sales rep told me that my V5 document would not arrive until 6 months after purchase (a security measure to prevent the buyer from selling the car on) my document arrived within 4 months. My faith in buying online was restored with the high level of customer service and the professionalism of the company throughout my order. The site was easy to navigate around which meant the initial reserach I could carry out myself, and once I was confident in my selection the sales rep was able to answer any further questions. An excellent and very informative website. I was able to search for a new car by my requirements and then compare the results. Also I can read reviews and see the new car specifications for all the cars I am considering. I have not brought yet, but I am ready to buy from this company. BUY A CAR claim you get a new car, you dont it's pre registered and you are the second Keeper! They also claim to have the registered Trade Mark for buyacar, but they dont!! Buy from them at your own risk!
