Disadvantages: The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Ordered a few items last Thursday for a forthcoming camping trip. As I write, its now Tuesday evening the following week. Despite the website stating orders will be delivered next day, and certainly within 3 days, I have not yet received any of the goods ordered. Seeing the helpline number boldly inviting one to call if needed, I dialled.....and dialed......and dialled. After a few hours of dialling on and off over two days and getting nothing but ...

Slick and easy to use the good prices and promise of customer service, UK base and easy returns made it seem like an easy choice. I purchased 2 sleeping bags a month ago never received them yet telephoned and emailed this company many many times without success then last week received an email to say they had been sent. HORRAY i thought until i tracked my order and guess what? yep you guessed it... Sent to the wrong part of the country. Lets hope i can get intouch to get a refund.......Recon the chance is very slim. I'll never purchase from the internet again. The worst company i have ever dealt with.
