I ordered a software package from this web-site on April 28th at a cost of £32.99 - on ordering the product I was informed that the product was in-stock, and if ordered before 3pm (which I did), it would be shipped out the same day. After waiting for 1 week, I contacted them to progress the order, and was told it had been shipped. 1 week later, I contacted them again, and I was told they would re-send. 1 week later, I contacted them again, but still ...
...asked for the product to be re-sent by another route, as it seemed that IF the product had been shipped, it was being stolen en-route!! Still I received no product, and when I tried to contact the site, I was told that the server had problems, and they could not receive any complaints/requests, but all previous requests would be honoured!! I have placed 2 orders with canihave over the last 3 weeks and both have been delivered in a timely manner - the first took 2 days and the second was delivered the following day. The site is nicely designed and it's fairly easy to find what you want if you know what you are looking for. If you are looking for an item you are not sure about you may have to play around with the search box as the results tend to be quite broad and require additional ...

I like the fact that you don't need to set up and account in order to purchase items and you also don't get sent numerous sales emails like many stores these days The price was the best I could find and everything is free delivery so you are guaranteed a bargain. I placed an order a week ago for 2 iPod Accessories and MS Word and both arrived the following morning. The Software came via recorded delivery and the iPod bits via standard mail. Both were packaged well. Two days later I then received a follow-up email from their customer services team asking me if I received my goods and everything was okay. My experience is the same as Montgey and Blugner. I received no response to their "ticket". They debited my credit card soon after I placed my order for software on the 18th May but to date I have received neither delivery information nor goods. I placed an order with canihave.com on Monday evening for 2 x Autocad software packages and they both turned up yesterday via CityLink. Although it wasn't as quick the lady who got her order the next day, they do state 2-3 working days so I was quite happy with this timeframe.
