We ordered a teak garden table and six chairs on 3 July. The order was confirmed and the money was taken (£1100) and delivery was scheduled for 13 July. My husband telephoned Cannock Gates to ask what time of day delivery would be and they had no idea so he left his mobile number and instructions that the side gate would be unlocked so they could put it round the back. We got home and the shipping company had been and gone away again so we phoned ...
...of the chairs were broken. We spoke to Cannock Gates who said they could not provide replacements until the damaged ones had been collected. This ws then arranged and we had the same procedure with the mobile number and side gate, but again the shipping company arrived and went away again. I recently bought a gate from Cannock Gates and it arrived 10 days later no problems at all. It looks like the new owners have sorted out the old problems - no complaints from me anyway!!!

Had very large 'bespoke size' gate requirement and did not know where to start. Rang cannock gates, and in the end could not thank them enough. Advised me what measurements i had to take, helped me choose gates which were best for my needs and delivered when i required, excellent service! Recommend to anyone.

AFTER SEARCHING THROUGH NUMEROUS WEB-SITES AND CONTACTING EACH COMPANY INDIVIDUALLY REGARDING A LARGE WROUGHT IRON GATE I REQUIRED FOR MY HOME, I DECIDED TO TRUST CANNOCK GATES TO FABRICATE THE GATE REQUIRED SIMPLY BECAUSE OF THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL. MY DECISION WAS FULLY JUSTIFIED AS I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT THROUGH-OUT ENSURING THAT MY GATE ARRIVED ON TIME AND IS IN FULL WORKING ORDER. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY DECISION TO CONTACT CANNOCK GATES.
