The Garden Factory Gave a Really Great Service
I found the Garden Factory when I was looking for gardening gifts for Christmas. I have to say the site was easy to get round and they had loads of offers at that time. I did leave some of the orders very late but that still managed to get them out before Christmas.
Having seen the previous review from 2006 I could not disagree more as the products were all good and the service was great. I would fully recommend you have a look and see for yourself. ...

I ordered 2 sets of field gates, posts and hinges, all about £1,000. I given delivery date 3 June08, we live on the main road and I not want the gates left for passer-bys to see, I take day off and wait. No Gates. I take Wedneday off, no gates - I call Cannock, - gates on way !! I get the details of freight company and call them. They say they collected the gates on 2 June and it a 3-day service, but Cannock say they collected on the 29 May. Delivery made 5 June by another company!! Complain to Cannock as delivery is 3-day guaranteed and took 5 working days. Will they reclaim the £55 carriage to compensate my lost pay? Not done a thing since.

delivery promised 2 - 3 weeks, now almost 5. everyday I'm told someone will phone to arrange delivery but no phonecall at all. They do of course have my thousand pounds! I don't have gates but according to the website promise I can cancel if not delivered in 28 days so that is the only option, and buy elsewhere. ...

MY DECISION WAS FULLY JUSTIFIED AS I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT THROUGH-OUT ENSURING THAT MY GATE ARRIVED ON TIME AND IS IN FULL WORKING ORDER.
