Cash Fiesta has been around for a while, and initially they were looking to be one of the better PTS programmes available, with a reasonably good pay rate. That rate has now declined as have all others, although it is tough to work out exactly what it is because of the way earnings are calculated, but I would say that it is only $0.01-$0.02/hour. A few years back there was a flood of pay to surf programs available, however nearly all of them have since disappeared and many didn't actually pay as they promised. Cash Fiesta is one of the few surviving programs left and they have got a reputation for paying out. As a new member, you need to download the Fiesta Bar.
