This is a very interesting website. CasinoTribunal.com, some ways by its name may seem to imply that it is some kind of government authority casino regulator, which when you visit the website, you can safely assume that it is not from the website style and layout, and the .com extension is another give away sign that this website has no regulatory power. There is an interesting About Us section where the site founder states the purpose of the website and gives a bit of personal background for his interest.
What the website does do, is provide links to what it defines as a listing of Excellent Online Casinos with an outstanding Customer Service (casinos in one part of the website are listed alphabetically with banners and the site owners rating), and give warnings about others which it defines as Evil Online Casinos, ie ones which have cheating software, cheating fun modes, spams users, don't pay out. I am sceptical that this is a ploy for the website to make money from affiliate links, but then it is also providing a service and it has to make its money some how.
It has an extremely useful advice page listing the goverment and mediation bodies which do have jurisdictions in different countries, which are listed below.
Alderney Gambling Control Commission Antigua & Barbuda CDS Corporation Costa Rica Cyberluck Curacao - Netherlands Antilles Cyprus eCOGRA European Gaming & Betting Association First Cagayan Gambling Commission UK Gibraltar Regulatory Authority IBAS Interactive Gaming Council Ireland Ministry of Finance - Department of Finance Isle of Man Kahnawake Gaming Commission Lotteries & Gaming Authority Malta Montana Overseas Northern Territory - Racing, Gaming & Licensing Online Gaming Alliance Playtech Dispute Mediation St. Kitts & St. Nevis Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Affairs
It is important to know the above if you are into online cash games and need to find help, because different online casinos will be based in different countries, and knowing the correct government / regulatory body to go to would probably be quite a hard task for most people to be able to do without legal help.
