I bought a Renault Clio 172 Cup from Lookers Renault in April 2004. The car was an ex-demonstrator, I had an incident with the car where I needed some repair work done to one of the wings...whereon I was advised by the bodyshop that some 'touch-up' paint had been used to cover damage! I was horrified, and it turned out that the car had been involved in some form of impact, and not repaired properly. I was absolutely mortified that I'd paid £12,500 ...

The even more mortifying thing was that there was a Renault Megane 225 which had been front-ended and this would have been repaired in-house, and therefore not declared on the HPI reports for that car, just like it wasn't for mine. Arnold Clark are nothibng but lying day light robbers. I purchased a brand new 2006 Corsa from Arnold Clark Dundee. i had no problems with the car whatsoever untill December 2008 when it broke down, I did not think this would be a problem as when i bought the car they threw in 3 years AA cover Free Of Charge, or so i thought. ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY OTHER GAGAGE! me and my wife brought a car from this garage and have nothing but good memorys of dawn and vern. the whole experience was a good one from the test drive to the day of getting our new (well second-hand) car. they even delivered the car to us late at night as i was working late. vern gave us a free 6 month warranty which he stuck to 4 months later by coming and picking the car up from my home fitting me a brand ...

We have been treated by Arnold Clark Motorstore Motherwell in the most terrible manner. We have been sold a CLOCKED MILAGE car which is UNREALIABLE and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! The dealership at running circles around us as they are trying to ignore the problem. No-one will help us settle this situation. ...took a mechanic to look at the cars mileometer as we had complained abought it falling out of allignment and believed it had been tampered with.
