Advantages: Excellent customer service, good communication, prompt delivery, good range of goods, competitive pricing. Disadvantages: None that I found
I was looking for a particular model for a Sony Vaio laptop and read some very good reviews of this site.
I was living overseas at the time and had a week in the UK so punctual delivery was really really important. I took a risk to be honest but I sent an email to the company explaining my situation and they assured me delivery would be on time.
So I placed my order and kept my fingers crossed. The laprtop arrived a day earlier than expected and ... ...of the laptop was cheaper than most and I found the site very easy to navigate, they give you the option to zoom in on photos and the specification details are also very informative and easy to understand.
I also found their responeses to my emails very prompt and professional. They kept me updated of the status of my order regularly. I basically placed the order on a Saturday and received the laptop on a Tuesday morning. I would recommend this ...

Quick review of cclcomputers.co.uk
CCL seemed fine until I bought a laptop off them and they failed to supply the anti virus software I had paid for. I emailed them and customer service were supposed to get back to me. They didn't. I eventually got a response by copying in one of the directors, only to be told I had a trial version of the software and I should upgrade it, even though I had paid for a full version. I informed them of this and they then ignored me. Rubbish customer service ...

Advantages: Easy to use website, good service. Disadvantages: None so far
I recently bought a laptop from CCL online, and despite having a problem with the payment card, after the end of office hours (I was informed by email immediately), the laptop was still delivered within 2 days of ordering. I telephoned customer services the following morning, and they were very helpful, they sorted out the payment problem out, and completed the order. They confirmed that despite the problem the laptop had been allocated to me (there ...

WEBSITE
The website is simple looking but it works. I’ve never had any real problems with it and it’s always been up and running. Prices are shown excluding VAT but the price including VAT is shown on the right of the exc. VAT price, in a slightly small font. I don’t know why they (and other online shops) do this, other than to make the prices look lower at first glance. On a brighter note, ...

Advantages: reasonable prices Disadvantages: very poor customer service even from directors
Whilst some things are reasonably priced, its when things go wrong that you will not want to deal with these people. To keep it brief, I had returned a DVD+RW drive and the replacement went faulty as well. I had to argue like hell to get my money back, and even then not all of it (minus £60). I requested replacement media for those damaged and they refused. They reckoned to call Trading Standards and said I had no case. I went round to the WYTS office ... ...content of the call made no mention of me requesting damages. I wrote twice and used recorded delivery to request damages from CCL's director J Woods. I have had no response after 6 weeks. We are talking about 69 pence DVD blank media. They have no respect for your future business, it's merely get the money in the till while you can. There are many retailers to choose from, and I would go for quality of service rather than save a few quid at the ...
