Having traded on cdwow for over 2 years now, I feel it is customary to tell you all about this fantastic company and what they have to offer.
cdwow is a small company that started off in February 2000 and fast became a popular site, having been voted no2 in .net magazine's 'The World's 20 Best Online Stores'.
The company has worked hard on not only offering competitive prices for cds, dvds and games, but priding it'self on excellent customer service.
... ...************************************************************
The cds that they sell are probably the cheapest you can find anywhere on the Internet, but once you do find it cheaper somewhere else, you often find that you have to pay for p&p, which works out dearer (p&p on cdwow is completely free to the UK). It's main competittor is probably www.101cd.com, which offer very similar services. Before making a decision on which of these sites to buy ...

Over the years I have used several internet sites when it comes to purchasing DVD's and other gifts for family and friends. I have always found the site that offers good customer service, value for money as well as a prompt delivery. Out of all those companies the worst has to be, without a doubt, CD WOW......
I have an MBNA Reward card and I exchanged some points for a CD WOW e-voucher. Up to ... ...I started looking for the DVD of my choice to use the voucher. The Company

Advantages: Very cheap, reliable service. Disadvantages: Delivery time of 5-7 days, Limited to popular music.
...The Website
-----------
Cd-wow.co.uk is a very well designed site. When you initially download it, you are presented with the CD side of the site. Down the left hand side of the screen is their top 20. Every album, unless a double, is priced at £8.99 incl P+P. That is every current UK top 20 album. For 9 quid!!!! Down the right hand side of the screen are various options. You can view their top 75, view and pre-order up and coming releases, view ... ...go to the DVD section. The middle section of the screen contains album cover thumbnails of top titles and pre-release albums. In the middle of all this is a review of their album of the week.
The DVD section is almost a carbon copy of this. It's a very simple format but very effective. There's also a section at the top of the screen that has FAQ's, company profile, terms and conditions etc. Any doubts or suspicions you may have about the low prices ...

Advantages: Price, free delivery great service Disadvantages: none!
How would you react to all the top 75 CDs all for the price of £8.99, free delivery and for a bonus it really works (always a good point)
Look over to CD-WOW for the solution to all your problems relating to music then. It really is as simple as that, they have a selection of CD’s always the current UK top 75 albums, as well as a few classics all priced at £8.99. There is also free delivery to any UK address so is it really as good as it makes ... ...really hits you. They are proud of their prices, and show it off quite a fair amount. The site really is good though, they have recently re-done the site apparently, but all I can say is it looks pretty good to me. The colour scheme is red, gray and black, but it is not too intrusive whilst looking smart and good. The site navigation is simple. On the left hand side you have the current top 20 albums listed with links to read more or order now. These ...

Advantages: Cheapest supplier of CDs on the Web - and run by real people Disadvantages: Limited selection, three-day (best) delivery time, international versions only
If you have used CD Wow! in the past then you will already know about the Web’s cheapest supplier of digital music, but you might not know about its recent facelift. Likewise, if you haven't been in the last couple of weeks, you might not know that they have started to sell DVDs (albeit a very limited range). If you haven’t heard of the site at all, then boy are you in for a treat!
CD Wow! are, in their words, “an international ... ...Kong and send out all discs under separate cover, they neatly exploit a tax loophole and can afford to supply all single CDs at a maximum £8.99. The twenty-four unspecified region DVD titles available as an experiment are priced at £14.99. Yes, you read those right. No, they don’t charge a fortune for shipping. In fact, they charge absolutely nothing for sending a CD or DVD 6,000 miles. Unlike most other e-tailers, the price you see is the ...
