DISGUSTING BUYER BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE i ordered an item before christmas at the beginning of december item was advertised and didnt state out of stock. money was taken from my account .About a week before christmas I checked back on site to find they couldnt get the item and i had to rush out to the shops to try and find it which i didnt manage! Also i have an ongoing dispute with them over a faulty game i purchased ... ...of this and they emailed me all kinds of labels and print outs i had to print of and fill in before i could send item back(no doubt to put me off bothering as it was a hassle) i did all this and sent item back getting a proof of postage certificate.
I was told i had to wait 30 days and a cash refund would not be offered only an exchange or gift voucher even though item was faulty.
After being made to wait the full 30 days i emailed back asking ...

Clearly, the people writing these reviews about CD-WOW have never had the pleasure of having to use their customer service, which is none-existant.
Yes, they sell cheap CD's, DVD's etc, but if you have a problem with a damaged order like I did, you have little or no chance of getting it resolved.
Firstly, they don't have a contact telephone number. This should immediately tell you that customer service is of little significance to them. To contact ... ...an email. This has a comments field which displays about 10 words at a time and is very limited in how many characters you can type (it doesn't tell you, just prevents you from sending the email if you have typed too many!). Why not design this page to display a large comment box so you can see what you have typed, and since when has it been necessary to restrict the number of characters entered when asking for help?

Before I began to order from CD WOW, I came here first to check the reviews. Having seen the recent reviews, I admit I was very worried, but seeing as CD WOW uses Paypal which makes it stand out in the crowd for me, I decided to give it a go anyway after finding a brilliant DVD for just £2.99. It arrived within 5 days. Absolutely fantastic, no problems and CD WOW have continued to give me free vouchers for my further purchases. Where I believe people ... ...that you are able to buy items even if they do not state they are in stock. I have only ever bought items in stock. It clearly states if the item is in stock and whether or not it is running out of stock.
I have received 5 DVDs from CD WOW within a month on separate orders, all arriving in about 5 days or perhaps less, with another on its way and dispatched within a day. If you wish to make purchases with Paypal only (with no use at all of Bank ...

Quite simply the best place to buy CDs and DVDs.
Simple to use site, great prices, fantastic range, good delivery times and best of all free delivery.
CD Wow offer frequent discounts by email to add to their already discounted prices. It makes you think you should never bother with the high street again. Their back catalogue is also good with the option of buying import discs as well as what's commercially available. Even with the EU ruling that ... ...agreements by being too cheap, there prices are still some of the best around. Whether it be pre release region one dvds, or heavily discounted box sets, chart computer games or famous names CDs I've never had any problem with either availability or delivery even when that was to other countries. ...

I have ordered a number of CD of CD WOW and since it was taking over last year i have all my orders take at lease a month to arrive, i have cancled 3 of my orders and even another order today has been canceled by my request, there customer service is awful, the usual auto responce. Seems there supplier has nothing you order in stock, i have changed over to www.hmv.com and place the same orders as i had on CDWOW. I know i am paying for posting but ...
