I used to get all my CD’s from CD-Wow however following the widely publicised court case that they lost the prices were forced up to a standard £8.99 for a chart CD. Once the competitive price advantage went so did my loyalty and it was while doing a search for alternative sites that I came across cd-jungle. I was asked to order a box set for a friend for Christmas. (100 Million Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong [4CD + DVD] [Box set]). After checking out numerous sites for both price and delivery time, it was a choice between amazon and cdjungle. Amazon where quoting approximately 2-3 weeks, and considering it was 4th December, I deemed it a bit too close for comfort when taking into account possible postal delays. ...etc and we thought it was a case of sit and wait for it to arrive. A week went by and we thought all should be well, then 18th December arrived and no emails, no parcel. After checking the online bank, we noticed the payment was taken on 13th December. I was looking for a cheaper shop to get my CD's from and found cdjungle.com. Usually I first check out the reviews about the shop before ordering but this time unfortunately I didn't. Had I known then what I know and have experienced now .... The 2 CD's I ordered did not arrive in 5-8 working days as promised - instead it took a few days short of a month. I shouldn't really wonder as they were posted from Taipei. Both CD boxes are somewhat cracked ...
...the CD in its place are partly broken so the CD falls right out of the box. I just don't want to go through the trouble of sending it back and then probably waiting again for a month or more especially since the customer service seems to be very poor judging by the other reviews. The prices are cheaper than elsewhere but in the future I'll rather pay a bit more and receive my order again in reasonable time and intact. ... Read review

Had a truly diabolical experience with cdjungle.com...yes, the CDs are cheap, but this comes at the expense of: any customer service whatsoever, unbelievably slow delivery (some CDs have STILL not arrived) and low quality scratched or chipped cases. It's impossile to speak to a customer service agent. Always the same voice message stating they are all busy, leave a message. Nobody returns your emails. I would AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS unless ...
...edition CDs to arrive. Update: I have finally received an email concerning my CDs that haven't arrived. No apology whatsoever from the customer service agent but the excuse "we ran out of stock" on one of the particular albums I ordered. Good website to order music cds. Using it from past 2 years, mainly for ordering CDs during Christmas season and they never disappointed me. Would definately recommend this website. Like: Easy ordering process Excellent pricing - they sell top charts at £6.97 Good service Dislike: They dont keep DVDs :)
