I ordered two CDs from CD Jungle three weeks ago. Delivery time stated to be 4-6 days. I have not yet received them. The only way to contact them is by email - they refuse to give out a phone number or a postal address. In response to my emails, I have been told that there 'may' be a 'postal delay' and that if I have not received the CDs within one month they will send out replacements. This would presumably also mean a month's delay.

If you don't mind sitting around and waiting for your stuff, wondering what has happened to your money, dealing with practically non-existent customer service and getting no useful information, use these people. If you want to order CDs and have them within a week, go elsewhere. There are other online retailers who sell at similar prices. The website is ok but this means nothing if you cannot get things you have paid for.
