Wow, where do I start? For one thing the people at WorldPay nickel & dime you to death. They keep whatever amount of money that was ever disputed for any reason whatsoever in their "Balance Owing" indefinitely. This means if some intellectually challenged customer simply forgot that they paid your company several hundreds of dollars for a product or service, you can kiss that money goodbye, even if you have a perfect credit rating and have never had any valid disputes in 5 years of prescribing to their service! They don't respond to your email questions, unless you are thinking of buying more of their so-called services. Their updated website is an absolute maze of confusion! Even for a past Webmaster like myself who has built dozens of websites, I found their new website to have a re-learning curve that's steeper and higher than the north face of Mount Everest. But still, my biggest beef is that they siphon about 8% from your account every week when you add up all their fees, interest and service charges... Sure, if you're a big business selling goods in 14 different countries with different currencies, and you can afford to throw a very good portion of your hard earned money away every week, then WorldPay is probably going to work for you. However, if you're a small business doing under $500K in one currency, be prepared to lose a lot of money and a lot of sleep with this company.
