Never again!
Did not receive my order, wrote them 6 times, send a fax no responce.
Now I'm trying to get my money back, called the credit card company.
Thing is you have to wait 28day's before you can write to CDZONE about a missing order, and you have only 30day's to refund your money !
So never ever I will order something at CDZONE again ! ...

Advantages: none Disadvantages: Illegally taking peoples money with no supply of goods
CDzone are a rogue trader rip-off merchant. I ordered a record in November 2007, and canceled it in February 2008 after getting no response to my emails. They have now taken the money out of my account in May 2008 without my consent and have not even supplied the record I ordered (and canceled!)
As you can only contact them by email and post I have done both, but with no response.
Avoid this shop at all costs. They are working illegally, preying ... ...to get there £10 back. There are a number of positive reviews on this and various sites which I suspect are planted by the company itself. Otherwise I assume they send out every other order and pocket the rest.
I sincerely hope they burn in hell.
For anyone suffering the same situation as me - look into the visa debit/ credit card chargeback scheme (talk to your bank/ card provider) and do all you can to get your money back from these penny pinching ...

Second Arrived Faulty.
No response to my request for replacements.
They could'nt care less.
My advice Think again before ordering from them.

Ordered a CD. After 1.5 months, I wanted to contact them to ask what was going on as the order status on their website did not change. I got only automated email replies. Then, after 2 months, they sent me an email saying they could not get the CD, and do I wish to cancel the order. Of course I wanted to cancel. I already ordered the CD from somewhere else, and decided to never try buying from these idiots again.
Then, they sent me an email after 3 months that they have it in stock, would I like to order the CD. Pathetic. ...

I ordered a book from Bookzonne, and eight months (yes eight months) later it still hadn't arrived. I tried on several occasions to contact them about the delay, but with no success. I finally gave up tried to cancel and get a refund. They have an automated system that makes, and is surely designed to make, human contact impossible. If they have a telephone number, I couldn't find it. Email messages produced totally unhelpful automated responses ... ...time. I would recommend them only to people who enjoy having a conversation with an answering machine and don't mind not getting what they order. Shopping with them is not an experience I shall ever repeat. If you want a book, my advice is: go to a bookshop. ...
