celltalk problems UPDATE 13/6/06 REFUNDS OK NOW!!

Disadvantages: avoid at all costs

I bought a 3 mobile tt900 mobile from them on a zero rental deal, with a promise of redemptions quarterly. I received the first quarter refund of £60. I sent the second quarter bill (by recorded delivery) yet 10 weeks on am still waiting for my money. I cannot contact them as no-one answers the phone! The same has happened to my brother. I was stupid enough to recommend them to him too. I have seen other online reviews that say exactly the same. ...
...ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I have decided to cut my losses by dropping to a £30/mth tariff this month, and will then go to a £20/mth tariff the next. UPDATE 13/6/06 I wrote to the chief executive to complain about the delays. I got a response within 48 hours, and payment within a week. Apparently issues because of new set up in South Africa. Got 3rd payment on time. Brother has got his recent payments ok too. Maybe things have been ...
