I found clickshop.com to be excellent for both value and service. Some other etailers offer great prices but you get let down on the service however after being recommended by a friend I believe clickshop.com combines great value prices with excellent customer service. Confirmation emails let me know exactly were my order was up to and the item arrived very quickly.

Bought 2 r4 revolution cards had a problem with a pen drive ,but on bringing it to the shops attention they sent out a new one out for free ,and quickly.When they sent the r4s i had little expierience of formatting them again i contacted the shop ,they directed me to a site and it was explained , easy enough even for me to do it correctly. Maybe the the customer services could do with some tweeking ,especially answering emails , but all in all ,and comparing them with my other on line shopping i would give them 7 out of 10 ,had the postage been cheaper i would of given 9 out o f 10

My experience with clickshop was very positive and as for ordering online and the time it took for me to receive the product very positive as well. I ordered the R4DS it's an excelente product my daughter is over the moon, I would recommend this product to anyone with a DS.

I have received 17 items on 3 orders from clickshop.com and have found them to be excellent to deal with. On one occasion, I was missing 1 item from an order but they promptly sent a replacement after I contacted them by email. I also found them to be very good at keeping you informed via email of any delays etc. I will definately buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone.
