I RECIEVED A PHONE AFTER A COLD CALL FROM CLUB MOBILE. I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE PHONE AND CONTACTED THEM CONTINUOUSLY ABOUT IT, THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AT ALL TO HELP OR CORRECT THE MATTER. THERE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. I received 5 unsolicited calls on mobile from this company. When I first answered there was no one there. I called the number back and was given 2 options - press one if I had already ordered from them and 2 if I was interested in ordering from them - neither of which applied. I pressed 2 and was cut off. I called back and pressed 1 and was put through to a staff member in a call centre. I asked to be removed from their list of contacts immediately ...

I have been waiting to recieve my cash back cheque for over 4 months... i phone once a week and get absoutley nowere. im promised phone call back after phone call back from the supervisour called Hemal and i receive nothing... Twelve months ago I took out a mobile phone contract with Clubmobile, they supplied me with a nice Motorola phone, on the three network, at a monthly tariff of £35 per month, with half price line rental, on the basis of the first three months would be invoiced at half price, and then the second, third and fourth quarters would be refunded as a cashback. I bought a 3 mobile tt900 mobile from them on a zero rental deal, with a promise of redemptions quarterly. I received the first quarter refund of £60. I sent the second quarter bill (by recorded delivery) yet 10 weeks on am still waiting for my money. I cannot contact them as no-one answers the phone!
