Disadvantages: site needs a lot of improving

Although I had only shopped a few times at Co-op stores in the high street, I decided to give their online shopping a try. I applied for a dividend card, and one arrived in a week or so. This card gives you 5% CASH back on all the money you spend on co-op's own brand goods during each 6 month period (they pay you what they owe you twice a year). The shopping site itself is a bit slow, but quite well laid out. The special offers aisle for example ...
...and it takes forever to load. I keep thinking there is a problem with my pc! Sometimes the whole page does not load, and other large pages tend to have the same problem. I do feel that they need to work on the amount of information available on their items though. If you click on the "i" symbol for more information, you usually just get a screen with no more information on any special offer that may be on, and usually not much information on whether ...
