I EXPLAINED MY HOOVER WASN'T PICKING UP SMALL BITS OF FLUFF. I EXPLAINED I WAS EMPTYING THE NONE BAG HOOVER EVERY 2 HOOVERS INSTEAD OF EVERY 5.
i WAS THEN TOLD BY THE MANAGER HAVE I EMPTED THE BAG????? WHAT BAG AS I TOLD HIM AND SHOWED HIM IT IS BAGLESS. THEN HE DECIDED TO TRY OUT THE HOOVER ON A CLEAN FLOOR?? WERE IS THE LOGIC IN THAT.
THEN ANOTHER MEMBER OF STAFF PHONED THE MANUFACTOR AND TOLD THEM THE HOOVER WAS LOSING POWER. I ASKED HIM WHEN DID I TELL YOU THAT. AND HAD 40 MIN SHOUTING MATCH AS HE TRIED TO SAY HE DIDNT SAY THAT, EVEN THOUGH I WAS RIGHT NEXT TO HIM WHEN HE TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE.
THEN I WAS TOLD AS THE HOOVER IS 35 DAYS OLD, I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A REPAIR. I SAID WHY SHOULD I WAIT, I WANT AN EXCHANGE NOT A SECOND HAND HOOVER THAT WILL BREAKDOWN AGAIN.
ALSO CONSIDERING NONE OF THE MANAGERS FROM FRIERN PARK COMET LISTEN TO THE FAULT.

I think you've misunderstood the concept of this site. I hope your problem is resolved but this is not the correct place to air a grievance such as this. If you had written about comet as an online shop, describing how easy or hard the site was to use, whether its prices were better than other similar retailers, etc, and then mentioned about a specific issue with a product you had purchased online, that would be acceptable. :)

This does give a vague idea of how the service is, despite being quite single product and service centric. However, it's Off Topic as this is under the "online shops" category and as you've visited the store, you must have gone to an offline store.
Advantages: Website easy to Navigate, some prices heavily discounted from store price Disadvantages: Didnt deliver as promised, little weekend back up support for complaints
