beko washing machine was a sensible buy but in my opinion dont just take the word of the sales staff. my machine gets a lot of use as we are a family of five so when my machine went wrong the engineer stated hes not surprised as with the amont of washing i do i had already halved the lifetime of the machine, so much for the sales persons advice. My problem was getting the repair man out in the first place, it states on the web site within 3 days so i was miffed when it took 8 days plus then another 7 days to get the parts. When buying the total cover we were told if anything goes wrong it would be repaired within 2 days. Grit your teeth when talking to the customer service help line as they are not helpful , and refused to let me talk to a supervisor and said they would get one to ring me back but im still waiting.
