I needed a new oven and so loked as several websites - Comet advertised that they offered FREE delivery and installation on their NEFF ovens, so i purchased this item from them for this reason. I completed the order from and arrange 1 days leave from work. On delivery they informed me that they were not aware there was an installation. I called Comet Customer Sevices office and was advised that they were fully booked and I had to wait a further TWO days to have the item installed. This meant another day'sleave I must take and the inconvenience of a further two days without an oven. The girl did say she would refund the delivery charge I was charged (although their website stated FREE delivery) and the scappage fee £8 - great - I get £8 back for having to wait for installation 2 days and having to use 2 days leave. I would have ordered this product from another website if I was aware that they would not install the delivered item for a further two days.I will never order any goods from Comet again - stick to Curry's!!!
