Lost money purchasing a non... |

I don't normally have time for reviews but I'll make an exception here.
I bought a book from a seller on this site. I registered and paid. Added to the price on checkout was a transaction fee as there seems to be no option but to pay the transaction fee.The book was out of stock. I got a refund for the book and postage I'd paid, but not for the transaction fee.
I tried to raise a claim on their website but the transaction was marked as closed and complete, and it's not possible to reopen it.I was asked to leave feedback on the transaction but was disallowed leaving negative feedback as I apparently hadn't tried to raise a claim with the seller. I tried to raise a claim again, following the link given, but it still wouldn't let me.
So now I'm out of pocket on a non existent deal and have no way of contacting anyone to get the transaction fee refunded. Which should have been refunded anyway - they've kept my money!!Avoid. Amazon must be quaking in their boots.
