My experience of DABS? VERY poor so far, the customer service is non existant, all auto reply emails, the phone number - an aitomated message, and the "live chat " function -BUSY.I placed an order for various bits and pieces, and paid by my visa card (note that they have the Verified by visa Sign at the bottom of the web page) and, after all the pain of typing in your verified by visa password, i then received an auto reply asking to confirm my address and contact details and card address. So far ive had no email,no contact call and guess what? live chat is busy! i wish id never ordered.
Update, i eventually got the item, and associated email messages.but dabs will not be my first port of call again.
