Bought a computer case from Dabs.com and was shipped to me by DHL, i have actually yet to receive the item due to a screw up on the part of DHL which can be read about in my review of DHL.
i have contacted dabs and the customer sales representative i spoke to is looking into it. I cannot fault the customer service at dabs, very concerned very helpful very dilligent. Dabs.com are only let down by their use of DHL couriers. The customer services representative i spoke to said she would try and get me a copy of the signature that signed for it, which i have every intent of passing onto the police and unless DHL co-operate i will be taking legal action against DHL for theft.
Dabs's involvement in this?

Advantages: There are no slip ups, and they mean what they say, you'll get that new computer in 48 hours delivery free of charge. Disadvantages: There really is too mcuh to choose from!
