I ordered a HP pavilion laptop from Dabs, and when I received it, had a broken scriber / pen holder, with parts rattling around inside the laptop. When contacting Dabs about this, they anoyingly do not hacve a phone service and have to contacted via dabs live assistance or via email.
Via email they were exteremly slow to reply. Dabs eventually agred for me to return the laptop for inspection, so it was sent back via courier to Dabs but returned un-inspected and dabs refusing to repair or replace the laptop. its very difficult to contact a company over live assistance and get results if you are not happy.
Dont buy off Dabs, they may be cheaper that most, but you pay for it not having the customer service when you require it.

Advantages: There are no slip ups, and they mean what they say, you'll get that new computer in 48 hours delivery free of charge. Disadvantages: There really is too mcuh to choose from!
