But they said they would look into it, so that's better than nothing i thought (yes so I THOUGHT :-/ ) Haven't heard back from them 2 days later i tried to Google them, just in hope that i wouldn't find anything on them, but ... ...( I now knew for sure that they were not to be trusted. So i wrote a long email where i threatened them with my lawyer and that i also would contact Paypal, Protx, Kelkoo, Google, RapidSSL, and Comodo SSL that they claim to use and what I else could find on the internet related to them. And that they would se yet another bad review laying around on the internet. But this time the mail could not be delivered and neither could the following.

If you have be defrauded by this outfit, use the following to make a complaint. They are registered as dissolved at Companies House and therefore should not be trading. Please do not let them get away this - if enough people complain, then hopefully somebody will do something about them. It appears that some people do actually get their products but this is usually after threats of legal action and even then, the product is normally defunct or not ... ...most people will not chase them up and those that do, they respond to. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a simple PSP USB cable worth 4.99. I was sent the incorrect cable. I was asked to return it and would be refunded the postage. I did this and have not received the correct cable or my refund. The original order was 15/07/2009 and still not luck getting my money back or the cable. Datakits either do not reply to email, post or phone or they reply saying they will sort out ... ...word for it as on 18/09/2009, Datakits were issued with a court order due to various breaches of the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations. To comply with this court order they must:
Supply goods within 30 days of order
Supply goods within specified time if they give a time of supply within the 30days (eg if goods are out of stock they must notify customers of estimated delivery time within 30days of order)
Refund within 30 days of ...

On July 9 2009, I sent a payment of £19.98 for a iTech S35 Clip Bluetooth Stereo Adapter and as of 4 Sep 2009 I still have not received this item. I have sent 14 emails enquiring as to the ware bouts of my item but DataKits have failed to respond to all of them. I am about to file a claim in small claims court to recover what I have paid them. A warning to fellow online shoppers stay away from datakits.co.uk
I purchased an item just over a month ago and paid by card the money came out straight away and the said they would post in 2 days, the item was not posted until a week later and they said it would arrive within 2 to 5 working days it has now been over a month and i have still not recieved my item. I emailed them after 1 week and they said they would chase it up, 3 emails and 2 phone ... ...the item and they would chase it up, most other companies would have just sent out a replacement and an appology which leads me to believe that they have not posted the item because they dont have any. They are totally useless i am surprised they are still in business I have phoned them today and left a message threatening them with court action to get my money back, dont take my word for it there are countless bad reviews about this company I just ...
