While placing an order through the web site, there was a problem (caused by the credit card firm not by Dawsons). When we rang the store on the following morning the assistant was very helpful, confirmed that the order had been received and solved the problem on the spot. She also arranged for the delivery to be on a specific day as requested.We received a text and e-mail to confirm the delivery on the day before, and another on the day to specify a time (not requested but very helpful).
