My first view of the dell site impressed me, it is a very simple but effective web site that is nice to browse. you select the product that you are interested in , in my case it was a desktop system. I have been buying Dell computers for nearly 8 years know, initially as purchases for work where we now have a network of 20 Dell computers I have stuck with them, as the build quality, pricing and customer service they offer is always been very good. Having bought so many computers over the years has also given me confidence in the quality – only one of them has ever had a problem – a hard disk that failed within 6 months of purchase ...
...now tend to get an upgrade up to their 3-year guarantee – after which time the computer is probably out of date any way I used to order by telephone but this year had used their excellent website to order – If you are ordering several it is worth haggling a little bit as they will sometimes throw in some upgrade free of charge (I’ve managed to get free network cards, modems and had the delivery charge reduced by ordering 2-4 computers ...
