I was introduced to Delphi, during my search for information on ‘Get paid to Surf’ and other money making programs. I also found their message boards very useful before I visited the USA for the first time. I wanted some tips on what to look out for, what to see, etc before my first visit to Las Vegas. It saved me money too, because the second time I visited the US, I booked everything myself over the internet. But a month before we left, I saw a post in the Las Vegas for Visitors’ forum which mentioned that someone had got a ‘winter special’ rate at just the hotel we were already booked into. I went to the hotel’s website and there it was - January weekdays just $29 per room. We had booked back in October at $49, still a good rate, but I emailed the hotel and re-booked (with no additional fee, or difference in facilities) at the lower rate.
The Delphi forums can easily put you in touch with like minded people throughout the world. Signing up is easy, free and straightforward. You enter your details, choose a nickname (just like on Ciao) and you are virtually ready to go.
To access the boards and forums, first just go to the homepage, login and either enter a subject to search for or browse the many hundreds of categories. The Delphi ‘home page’ gives you a list of ‘hot topics’ and the recent ‘most active boards’, plus along the left hand side of the page you have a list of the main categories available.
Business/Finance Civic/Government Companies Computers Creative Arts Current Events Education Entertainment Family/Parenting Games Health & Wellness Hobbies & Crafts Home Life Internet & Web Lifestyles Motor Transport Religion/Spirituality Science & Space Sports/Recreation Support/Recovery Taste & Trends Travel & Places
Yes, pretty comprehensive list of topics. Then you can delve inside and see the actual message boards within the topic.
For example, if interested in finding out about the latest ‘Paid to’ program there are so many – some very active with sign up/downline threads, some purely designed to discuss topics and others not so active. You can see how active a board has been by visiting it and going to the bottom of the screen and clicking on ‘visitors’ – there you will find a list of names and when they visited the board last. If you are the first visitor that day – maybe move on and find a busier board. Some boards literally have people posting, viewing and browsing each minute of the day!
There are plenty of different forums on Travel, Money, Sports and so on, just like I listed above. You will be sure to find something to interest you.
So, next up, you’ve found a board that looks interesting, what next. Well, browse and see if there are any discussion that you like the look of – click on the heading and then look through the thread. It may be you wish to post a reply to one of the messages – or ask a question. No problem, click on reply and you’ll see your name (username that is) displayed above, so just type in your reply, finish, press ‘post’ and you are done. You can check a box to make sure that you get advised by email if someone posts a reply to your message (just like in Ciao – you can get an email to tell you if someone has posted a comment on your ‘op’)
If you particularly want to start your own ‘thread’ – ask a question, start a topic or whatever, then just click on ‘post new’ – insert the title of your discussion, write in your text, then press ‘post’. Easy – and if you have struck it lucky with the message board, you will have loads of replies and hopefully make plenty of contacts with people who have similar interest to you.
You can add your favourite forums using the ‘my forums’ facilty on site. Also included is a profile you can create for yourself if you wish and a ‘signature’ which you can add to each message you post – just like on your email, if you wish. You can use HTML to display a banner with a referral link here too.
My little tip – for what it’s worth. Once you have found a Delphi forum you would like to check on each day, why not just add it to your ‘favourites’. You can access that particular forum whenever you want just by logging in at the prompt and you will see all the ‘unread messages’ displayed.
If you are lucky, like I was, you may find a useful tip from someone across the other side of the world that saves you money. You may discover a whole new vista of information and opportunity. Or at worst, it will be a bit of fun that can transport you out of your daily routine.
Advantages: A Vast range of subjects, Easy to use, Chat-rooms Disadvantages: Nothing
Quite a while ago, I signed up for Delphi Forums, and they where not much cop, as a matter of fact, they where pretty plain and not much going for the site, but recently after reading Keith “Flashpointz” opinion on them and also getting recommended to them by Keith, regarding information on Paid to Surf Programs, I thought I would give them another try.
WOW, were my first thoughts, how things have improved dramatically and the ammount ... ...What are Delphi Forums?
Well a lot of you who use the Yahoo Forums as well as other Forums, will have a firm idea what Forums are, and what use they are, but for those who don’t really know, A Forum is basically a site or a community, where you go and find first hand information about virtually any subject you desire, there are millions of different Forums floating around the Internet with the likes of Yahoo, MSN, Romulus, etc, but in my opinion, ...

Advantages: Has something for everyone. Is easy to join Disadvantages: Difficult to learn how to navigage. Slow loading. Too many ads
I started using Delphi.com when I joined PaidMania, a downline club. At the time PaidMania used the Delphi Forum for their members to learn about the program, receive information about other pay-to programs and to get acquainted with others in the program.
At first Delphi.com seems easy to use. You can browse from a list of categories, or enter a piece of text to do a search. Either will present you with a list of forums from which to choose, and ... ...anyway) to navigate.
Bottom Line:
Delphi.com is not for everyone. Do join if you belong to a group or pay-to program that uses it. It is worth the hassle to learn about the program or group, receive and give information and to get acquainted with others in the program. ...

Advantages: Very versatile, and extremely friendly place to go. Disadvantages: Occasional technical problems.
I first logged on to Delphi when I was dissatisfied with my old web community and asked people where else they went, and they suggested here. I chose a name and registered, which only takes a few minutes, and I went to look around. In the chatroom, I was astounded by the level of friendliness and the users' willingness to get to know you. If you are someone who is fed up of going to a chatroom and being ignored, then this is the place for you. I ... ...feel welcome everywhere.
Delphi is different from many web communities in the way that you can set up your own forum, private or public, as a family and friends meeting place or to find people with a particular interest and talk about it. Your forum contains your own chatroom area (which is linked to the public one, and very helpful for publicising your forum since anyone who enters your chatroom is transported to your main page once they leave) ...
