I've had 5 contract phones from Dialaphone over the last 6 or so years, and I've never had any real problems at all. I wouldn't normally bother reviewing them, but there's so many negative reviews on here, I thought I should leave my experiences. Really awful experience. Advertised 24hour delivery took 18 days! Even then the free gift took another 28 days to arrive even though advertised to arrive with the phone. Had to fax proof of address 3 times as they "lost" it. Unbelievably bad service and no compensation offered. Avoid this company! ...

After reading some of the reviews on dialaphone that do not speak very highly of it i though that i should put my expereince over.
It all started I was having terrible trouble with Vodafone and my N95 that had kept going back for repair and was never fixed. It got to the stage where i had had enough, i threatened to leave vodafione hoping this would get the issue resolved, but no joy so i gave them notice and had to pay the last 4 months of my contract.
... ...the best offer, i went to the hight street and searched online, but when it came to offers nothing could beat dialaphone.
I ordered the phone an LG Viewty which is a great phone and I picked the tariff that would suit me and it came with a ipod and £75 cashback. I ordered a phone from dialaphone. They took payment and promised next day delivery. After receiving three emails with excuses for not delivering next day they sent one saying two week delivery. I cancelled order but it took two weeks to refund my money. Emails to Dan Gosling, Cusomer Care Manager, were never even answered.
I would never deal with them again ...
