I bought this camera in New York in April so before it had come out in the UK and I have to admit I have not been in the least bit disappointed. It is an excellent camera, easy to use and no nonsense. The 10x zoom is fantastic and there is additional zoom after this to 16.9 although the picture isn't quite so good but having said that, is better than some cameras normal zoom! The Intelligent Auto is great and the no shake setting is excellent. There ... ...a difference whether at night, at a party, in the sun, snow etc. I have had several other digital cameras in the past and I must say that this one really and truly is the best so far.
