I ordered a product from this firm at the beginning of April. From the website, it appeared that the product was in stock, although I believe that the company simply fails to inform its customers of an item being out of stock. When I telephoned the company to check the delivery date they told me that they were out of stock, but were receiving new stock with a week. After the week had passed I called again, same story; they were receiving stock at ...

Concerned that I would lose my money, I contacted my credit card company. The advice that they gave me was not to cancel the order but to wait 30 days from the original date of order. **WARNING** Avoid this disgraceful company at all costs. They advertise what look like good deals then after they have got you in they completely fail to deliver what they promise.- they'll try to foist something else on you, and good luck trying to get a timely refund (if at all according to some cases I 've read about elsewhere). In my case they stalled me for a month on a TV/DVR deal, told me repeatedly that stock would be in after an ever-shifting ...

They charged my credit card immediately but 37 days later I still have not received my order or received a refund, despite contacting them 5 times!
