They have interesting camera prices but they over-charge for the bundle providing lower spec products. The descriptions of the bundle items is non-existent and misleading. I bought a "leather case" which is just plastic for a leather-price tag and so far they deny the misinformation and seem dishonest stating that "leather case" is fake if they don't way "REAL leather". I must be lucky their camera was a "real camera". The spare battery was only 750mA instead of 1000mA withouth mention of it. I wouldn't have bought the accessories from them if I hadn't been misinformed.

I bought canon S5 IS from digitalfirst.co.uk. I made mistake of not checking their online reviews. I was charged extra for speedy delivery which did not happen. I spoke with one of the representative and shocked with the attitude of the company and representative for customer. They believe that- they are always right. They are arrogant and deaf to customer grievances. Someone has mentioned in online reviews that they are bunch of cowboys, absolutely right. I will never ever deal with this company and if my review helps other, it would be a community service from me by reducing stress and sufferring of people beforehand.

I bought a Canon5D from Digitalfirst in May this year. The camera arrived without a manual. Much of the documentation was in German and I suspect the camera was not sourced in the UK. The worst experience I have ever had with a supplier. First using their "Live stock" system I was told that there were 19 of my items in stock when I ordered. Two days later (after chasing) I recieved a confirmation that my item had been shipped, my credit card was debited the full amount.
