Now I alway say that any company can fulfil an order, its when something goes wrong that you get to see what a company is really made of. My duvet arrived 2 days later and on examination I found the down was not very well distributed ... ...phone Debbie and she immediately arranged for it to be collected at no charge to me and set about investigating how this could have happened. In a call back later in the day Debbie explained that it was the lightness of the filling in the 4.5tog that made the quantity of filling difficult for machinery to read so they are checked by eye and it was simply a case of human error.
