Direct Cosmetics is a family run business set up in 1977, selling low priced cosmetics directly to the customer at up to 90% off the UK RRP. The way that the company does this is by buying either end of line stock or buying in bulk from other companies, and then passing the huge savings directly to the customer - hence the name, Direct Cosmetics.

The website address is www.directcosmetics.com and if you have not realised already, is an online store selling products at the same low prices to the customer. The website has everything you could ever need - hundreds of different ranges, low prices, easy to load pages, excellent customer service and fast delivery.

***Products***
The products they sell are all cosmetics or products relating to health and beauty. You will find almost every brand on here ranging from Tesco Own brand to Estee Lauder. The products are sorted into different sections, such as For Men, Bags, Ladies Perfume but you can also search by either keyword, brand name or range, such as Calvin Klein.

***Prices***
Prices are cheaper than any major competitor I know and this is obviously going to attract customers. For example, I bought 24 x 1ml vials of Maxim de Paris EDT spray for just 50p - yes you heard me correctly. Aside from the lesser known brands, bigger names are also sold at lower prices. Take the perfume Escada, by Margaretha Ley, which would cost at least £35 on the high street -this is being sold for just £19.95 at Direct Cosmetics.

***The design of the site***
The website is jam packed with lots of information, as all of the products are described in as much detail as possible. You will also see the RRP of most products, so you can see how much you can save. There are many pictures on the site, but most are of bad quality, but I can assure you, with the amount of information on each product you will not need to see the pictures. Also because some of the pictures are bad quality, the site loads faster, usually within about 5 seconds on a 56k modem.

***Excellent Customer Services***
The customer services of the site are excellent. When you place your order you get an email to confirm your order and are notified straight away if they need to replace something due to lack of stock or have to delete a product from the range. You are also guaranteed a reply from any emails sent to them within 48hrs. I am so happy with the way they treated me.

***Delivery***
Delivery is a bit expensive though, costing £3.95 per order to the UK mainland, and £5.95 to the Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Island, Orkney and Shetland and the Scilly Isles. Delivery is by Royal Mail recorded delivery or smaller orders and parcel force for larger orders.

Go to www.ryanaironlineshop.com and use their system to order from Direct Cosmetics, which will be found on the list of stores on the left of the screen. Order what you wish and when you checkout you will be taken back to the Ryanaironlineshop site. Checkout from there and you will not have to pay delivery - cha ching!!!!

Overall I would totally recommend the site as they sell everything, candles, shampoo, perfume, EDT etc etc.
