HMMM where to start, im not quite sure as every experience i have had with this company has been a pleasure.

Well, Directcosmetics was a company i accidentally stumbled upon whilst searching for buycosmeticsdirect a completely different site.
Directcosmetics offer Low and high endskincaremakeup and fragrances for both men and women at really great prices.

At first glance the homepage is not all the flash, but that is because it is there to be functional not flash. I guess they do this to keep outgoings to a minimum. Anyway they have the usual drop down list of designers / brands another for the type of product wanted, along with a search function etc. The homepage is headed with skin care, fragrance, makeup etc , etc. .

Once your past the homepage and you start browsing you will see that they have some fantastically reduced products, for example i bought a Benefit Lipstick retailed at £13.50 for just £3.99 a face powder priced at £25 in store for £9.99.

They stock many brands such as Decleor, Gatineau, Benefit,Guerlain,Urban Decay, Elizabeth Arden, YSL, Revlon, this is just to name a few there are many more on offer. One of the great things i like about this site is, that on the description of some products, the person writing it has actually tested the product/s and gives you and idea of what to expect.

They also have an advice section where you can email them to ask for advice or tips, which is helpful.

I have ordered from this site many, many times and have never incurred any problems with them or they products, but that also does have a downside as i am unable to advise on there customer services in problematic situations. The only time i have ever contacted them was to ask whether an item had been shipped yet, a few hours later i received a reply telling me it had, days before to my delight.

The postage and packing charge is a reasonable flat rate of £3.95 for any amount of items, especially considering how much you save on the products which is ££££ .They are authentic top notch products which i would assume are either over stock or end of lines.
Delivery is quick and items are wrapped and packed well.

I was a bit hesitant to write this review as i love the site so much myself i was concerned all the good stuff will be gone when i check next.
