Do not bother with Dixons.
I ordered a LCD TV online for delivery.5 days later I received an email saying the item was out of stock and to order another TV on line or call the customer services department.
The customer service advisor confirmed that the TV was not in stock and said I can order off the web site or could go and pick up the TV from a Curries and pay an extra £100. This was not much help. She did not have a clue was not helpful so i asked to speak to the manger.The manager was insincere with his apologies and was not bothered. When I asked him to recommend another TV he had poor product knowledge and could not guarantee that if I ordered another TV that it would arrive.
In summary, if you order something from Dixons it may not arrive. The web site does not reflect the companies stock levels. The customer support they offer when cancelling your order in rubbish. You will get an email and be expected to go through the same rigmarole again.
