1. Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site, are B&Q Warehouses prices and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

B&Q cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Credit and Debit Card Payments
All card payments (with the exception of Time, Amex and those by customers receiving a VAT invoice) are processed by B&Q Card Services Ltd (B&Q CS Ltd). You pay them a 2.5% fee, which is included in the total; the balance is paid to B&Q plc. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method.
