I ordered my things on 17th feb, now 22nd feb & they have still not arrived.
I have contacted their 'customer services dept' & been fobbed off.
DJM music claim that it is not their fault as the guitar I was buying gets sent direct from the manufacturers, I accept this can sometimes be the case, but why then did they offer me, and charge me for next working day delivery, when they could not guarantee that this woulod happen.
If I had looked at the terrible reviews of this company on review sites like 'Trustpilot', I would have bought elsewhere, but I suppose you live & learn.
I will never buy from this 'company' again.
This company are a nightmare to deal with. They offered me next working day delivery at extra cost, which I accepted, unfortunately, to this company, next working day delivery actually means at least 4 working days delivery.
