Dogpile actually gives you matches for your keywords as well as further questions,to enable you to find out what exactly you are looking for. Sometimes when I start out I am not quite sure what I am searching for. If the results given by Dogpile are nowhere near what you need, the search results screen will also display other possible categories that are worth a try.I have found obscure writer's markets in Singapore,New Zealand and Australia on Dogpile and it always sems to come up with the goods for me !
I find this search engine very helpful since it shows you other ways to get what you are searching for. Generally I find the search results on this search engine are reliable and it seems to have access to a large database. It is not quite as fast as Google but what other search engine is ? Still,if you are getting a bit tired using the same old search engine time and time again,a switch to Dogpile is a breath of fresh air !
Advantages: Search across 15 engines with a single click, very fast, reasonably acurate. Disadvantages: Can only search for world-wide content.

This site is another example of how some online corporations tend to diversify and brand their product by opening additional websites, that would seem to be in competition with themselves, but actually compliment their online services.

Dogpile.com Don't be fooled by the name this has got to be the best search engine ever to have been launched on the world wide web, now if that is not good enough for you then just try it next time you can't find something with the every day run of the mill ones, like lycos or msn search it dosen't matter which one you could not find what you were looking for with, this one will find it lurking in the outer strands of the web. If what you are looking ... ...you to it, and it's not a slow process either. Only last week did I find out about this brill bit of kit from a freind when I had lost all hope of finding cheats for one of my boys playstation games after he got stuck on a level. The results of the search were speedy and easy to follow and numerouse and soon my boy was back on track to compleating his game, so he was happy agian which makes me happy. Briliant just briliant. ...

Don't be fooled by the name because this is a very good search engine. Not only does it search through a number of search engines which save you time and effort. It also comes with loads of other stuff like:
-free e-mail
-joke of the day
-jobs
-low discount flights
-travel
-shopping and loads of more. The searches are fast and accurate. It's a one stop for searches, well organised and excellent links. It also has the search engine which found ...

Advantages: great directory, and precise search engine Disadvantages: none
I normally use the popular search engines e.g.: Alta Vista, Lycos and Yahoo. The thing is though I'm planning to buy a CD rewriter with my earning from DooYoo, so I can make my own CD's. I've searched and searched for Mp3's with these three search engines, and I'm just not getting anywhere. The main reason why is I'm after 80's music and folk music. Then I come across Dogpile and it was like a breath of fresh air, I typed in the artist name and it ... ...unlike Lycos. You can even search through their own categories for Mp3's and best of all it's so easy to find what you are looking for. Obviously theirs a lot more to Dogpile than Mp3's. The search engine is fantastic you can carry out a variety of searches. The accuracy of this search engine is pretty good; I will definitely be using it from now on. Dogpile also has direct links to important things like shopping, autos, sports, loan and mortgages, ...

Do you want a search engine that can search more than just one list of websites?
Do you want something that can search about 17 different search engines and still give you multiple pages of results?
Do you want a search engine that will give you all results and no mess?
If all of this is true then this is the search engine for you. Yes I know I sound like I’m trying to promote it, but really this search engine is brilliant.
