Sensations comes in a rather garish orange box which can be easily identified by the Durex logo and the word Sensation written ... ...box the individually wrapped condoms. Durex would have us believe that the individual pouches are designed for easy access -all I'm saying is the person who designed the pouches didn't test drive them in a moment of passion! After snatching a box or two depending if Boots has it on special offer you'll find in the box the individually wrapped condoms. Durex would have us believe that the individual pouches are designed for easy access -all I'm saying is the person who designed the pouches didn't test drive them in a moment of passion! As with all condoms, care does have to be taken when opening the foil pouches thus it's not advisable to use your teeth as you could end up tearing the condom and getting a mouthful of the non spermicidal lubricant that covers these babies. You have been warned!
After fiddling around for what will seem like eternity in trying to open the foil pouch, you'll end up with a transparent condom which looks no different from any other Durex condom in it's rolled up state. Sensations have the unique Durex easy on design which is meant to make putting them on very easy. I suppose it really does depend on how used to putting on a condom you are as to whether or not this makes it any less fiddly.Thankfully after trying to open the packet one handed it rolled on without any problems. In it's unrolled state you will then notice on the middle of the condom numerous raised dots giving the condom a bubble wrap look to it. I did wonder with these added dots as to whether or not the condom would be a bit thicker than other normal condoms and therefore reduce the pleasure for one half of the testing duo but I was informed it was like wearing any other condom ta very much!
As with all Durex condoms, it is made of hypo allergenic latex - I'd still check to make sure neither party has a latex allergy just in case as you'd hate to be screaming fro all the wrong reasons wouldn't you? You can uncross your legs now! The Sensations condom measures in at 178mm and unlike some Durex condoms it has a standard width of 53mm all the way down it. Thickness wise it is 0.07mm thick which compares favorable with other "normal" condoms durex manufactures as those tend to be about 0.055mm thick -so it shouldn't dull the sensation for the male half of of the duo too much! It's not that much thicker so any talk of wellies etc should be ignored!
Given that Durex market Sensations as a condom that will heighten pleasure, I'll admit I was expecting something special when it came to the er results of using this condom. After sniggering a bit about the fact it looked like bubble wrap I was more than willing to give it a test drive in the interests of market research I'd add! For all of you of a prudish disposition I'd suggest you stop reading now. My first thoughts were it felt odd not unpleasant but a bit odd. As things got erm heated it definitely became a rather interesting sensation but still felt odd. A friend who tried them did say something about sandpaper and nether regions but I'll not dwell on that. In the end it did have the desired results but it's not a sensation I'd want to repeat again. In all honesty I'd suggest if you want to spice up things in the bedroom department try a Durex ribbed condom.
As with any condom if used properly it can protect you from sexually transmitted diseases. As with all Durex condoms sensations carry the kite mark and do have an expiry date.
Durex Sensation is available in packs of 3 and 12. I paid £3.99 for a pack of 3 in my local chemist. Bargains can be had online should you want to avoid bumping into the man at no10 as you casually snatch a packet or two. www.britishcondoms.com have them on offer at £2.49 for 3 or £8.50 for 12 or 72 for £45.95 - it pays to buy in bulk!!! ...yet to try, I purchased Durex Sensations from Asda a couple of days ago, and of course could think of nothing I'd rather do than to give you all a review of my experience!
I paid £3.29 for a pack of three condoms, but they are also avaliable, as always in the larger packs of 12 for around a tenner (or online for a more reasonable £8 or so!)
The packaging is a bright orange box, the bottom corner has a little illustration of bubble like bumps, a ... ...in UK) - Fact from Durex Website, taken from their Global Sex Survey 2003.
The condom overall did it's job, it didn't split, rip or tear and as far as I'm aware I'm not pregnant, and that's the main thing! Durex condoms are between 95 and 98% effective of preventing pregnancies when used correctly (i.e. not worn on your head) and consistently. Durex quite possibly the most trusted of all the condom manufacturers in Britain, and I personally would never trust those random makes you find in pub toilets etc...! Due to the more adventurous nature of us youngsters these days, they have launched a number of new varieties to cater for both his and her needs in different ways, be it to make him last longer or experience increased sensation, or her to enjoy increased sensation in a variety of ways ... ...for her as well eh?! lol)
After forcing my boyfriend to buy some more condoms, we settled on the sensations variety, for a change from the plain and boring usuals...so after he paid, i got to try them out! not a bad deal eh?!
The difference between sensations and normal condoms is that the whole surface is covered in a series of small raised dimples, in fact around 500 in total, thats a lotta sensation! So don't be scared if your fella looks like ...

...sensations so I brought some Durex Sensations from my local chemist for £3.99 for a pack of three individually wrapped sensation condoms. The packet states that these condoms have raised-dot texture to create extrapleasure and intensity.
The condom is transparent, and like all the Durex condoms have the "easy on" shape so there is no faffing of trying to put the condom on quick and in the dark!
It is a latex condom which is covered in a lubricant. ... ...condoms as there are tiny little raised dot's on the outside like a golf ball! The condom feels really thin and I can hardly feel it.
As the love making progressed I began to not like the sensations that I was feeling. It didn't feel as smooth as normal condoms. It didn't give me better sensations just the same as what I'd normally have. But there was something about the dots rubbing that put me off. For my bloke, the dots didn't affect him as they ...

i have used condoms ever since I started having sex at 14. i have chosen varies brands over the years but i tend to stick to durex. this is because the are a reliable brand which have been about for years.
Their sensations brand are designed to improve sensation for both the man and the woman or I guess both the men, depending what you use it for. They are ribbed so both people get increases sensations as they are in contact together.
as with all ... ...diseases and also prevent pregnancies.
remeber you can still catch things from oral sex so beware
These are slightly libricated so they can help to enter your partner and not cause any discomfort

Me and my ex bought a packet of durexsensations (apart from the tingle all others get a 5 star rating from me, especially the scrummy cherry flavour) to try and spice up our sex life without the bondage.
Having had no problem with any other of the ones in the packet, no matter how much we used, we sort the same effect from this one. Also seeing as the heat one was a lovely tingle, we had the image of a very silky, smooth sensual tingle in mind.
How wrong we were!
we applied the lubrication liberally, and as foreplay is sometimes needed before sex, was used on my partner and myself before we put on the condom. Being a water based lube this was safe to do so, and most importantly this is not a contraceptive method so you WILL need protection.

That is one amazing lube! My partner and I love Lubes made by Durex because we totally adore the strong, sometimes spicy smells and wonderful sensations it brings to both of us. The last Durex lube we used was the one which brings a slight hot burning sensation and then we decided to try it after my best friend sneakily told me how much fun she's had with her partner while using this one!
The first experience is most certainly a great fantastic tingle. I would say that this is one which you can use on every body part. On both males and females.
