The Durex website is one of the best place to find information on how to have safe, enjoyable sex. It gives you advice on a lot of things, from contraception to sexually transmitted illnesses. It also gives detailed information on the products that Durex make and supply. The website is so easy to navigate too, which is great and it is so user friendly. ...Durex Sensations I stumbled across Durex.com so I thought what better time than to review the website!
The website itself is bright and colourful, and there are a number of different coloured tabs down the left hand side giving you a number of different options, I'll go into them in a minute, but first the 'home' page of durex.com. There are a couple of advertisements for it's condoms/lubricants, and then underneath is a huge 1/3 of the screen advertisement ... ...to click on it to go to the durex e-store. Very scary looking and, to me, was actually quite off putting, but maybe thats just me.
DUREX THE BRAND
Under this tab, you are given the history of condoms, which states that condoms can be traced back to 1220BC!! There is information given to you about how condoms are made, the history of Durex and quality control testing that takes place at durex - for peace of mind. I found this section of the website ...

Did you know that 30% of 16 to 20 year olds have unprotected sex (Maybe this explains the high teenager pregnancy rate?): And that the over 45’s reduce this rate to just 7%. Maybe it is because of the embarrassment of buying the protection. Maybe it’s getting carried away in the heat of the moment. Or maybe it’s embarrassment of buying the condoms. Well now there is no reason for embarrassment any more, oh no we have Durex.com!

When you load the page up it is a bit slow, but it is quite an attractive home page, which seems to rely on ‘flash’ technology (I could be and probably am wrong-I am not technical at all).

This website is excellent, it is jam packed full of help, advice and information. It explains things clearly, it is easy to understand and it even gives you step by step instructions using diagrams. Visit this site and get all those embarrassing questions answered that you never dared to ask anyone.

I first happened (I was going to put ‘came‘, but with the nature of the site felt I’d be leaving myself wide open to some appalling jokes) across this site when I was trying to get some online prices for condoms. Originally the site didn’t have an online purchase facility, but I was impressed by it’s general content and have visited a few times since.
