I came across this company who sell DVD, CDs and games online and they are very good. I bought 2 DVDs from them and using a comparison website they were usually the cheapest compared with other online retailers. They seem to stock most titles, from current releases to old films.
The website is easy to navigate although sometimes a little bit slow. A useful function is that you are able to check how many copies of the dvd are in stock before you actually buy a copy - this is better than some companies who only after ordering the item do they tell you they have to get it from a supplier...
The delivery on my orders was fast, the DVD arriving within 2 days of ordering - well packaged etc.
When I had to phone them about an error I had made when typing in my credit card details the phone was answered immediately and they were friendly and efficient.
If you create an account when you make a purchase you are able to check the status of your order.
I have had terrible experience with another online dvd retailer splash DVD who although cheaper than this lot never actually send you the dvd - or you have to wait a month to get it!

Welcome to Ciao. DVDPlus are great, I ordered all my Xmas-present DVDs from them last year and the year before that.

It would be nice if you could expand on these points, and include information about the website, its design, ease of use, and features and examples of the sorts of stock and so on.
