I got an 8 rental voucher for christmas as a gift, for my 13 year old. Having opened the package- and entered the 'special' code- I find I have to give credit card details. I don't have a credit or debit card, funny enough nor does my 13 year old! I also found that they are doing an introductory offer for free dvd rentals- which was better than the gift someone had paid for- for my child! whsmith work along side a company called lovefilm to provide you with online dvd rental. You simply sign up for either 1 disc at home at a time (£7.99 per month) or 3 at home (£13.99 per month). You then choose at least 20 titles that you wish to rent put them in to order of priority and they will do the rest. when you recieve the dvd in the post watch it then send it back in the prepaid envelope provided they will then send another title from the ...

For the first month it is free and every thing couldn't be better, so you stay with them and pay the £13.99 per month then things go downhill from then on, the dvds are not sent in priority order they seem to be picking them from the bottom of the list rather than the top.
