Signed up for the much talked about company, and I received my first DVD. Thought that it was a great service, until the DVD decided not to let my DVD read when it comes to several parts of the movie! Frustrated as that can be, I managed to finished the movie, by using the remote control, and scanning to the bits where it is not affected! Forgiving as I am, it must be a one off I said to myself. Sent the DVD back, received an email saying that my next DVD is on its way. Whoa! Fast service, but hang on, they are sending the same title I had to me again! Are they processing too many rentals that they don't have the time to check what their customers actually have in their queue? I've decided to cancel my free trial after these events, maybe I am just not lucky enough to be one of the many out there that enjoyed good service from them. But who knows...?
