I have used e2save.com twice in the last few years, once in 2005 when I acquired a Nokia 6680 on the 3 network and more recently at the end of that contract, I was offered an LG Chocolate on T-Mobile.

Advantages: Excellent value, Deals get better the longer you keep your contract Disadvantages: None that I can think of.
I bought a phone from e2save 4 years ago now. In the first year I got the phone for free with free 12 month contract on a cashback redemption plan. I got all my cashback redemptions and didn't pay anything for that first contract. When the contract ran out they called me up to offer me a new contract, this time it was auto-cashback and all I had to pay for was the last 2 months - bargain - 22 months of mobile usage for just £60! and again the following ... ...free and just pay for the 2 months. All the time I had to keep the same phone, but the phone itself was a good phone. Not the latest model, but at £60 a year with loads of minutes and texts, also last year we did upgrade the phone by buying a second hand one off eBay at £20, so during the past 4 years we have only paid £140 for our mobile phone contract, which works out at only £2.91 for a contract that should be £30 a month on O2. Our handset is ...

Advantages: Extremely quick, efficient, professional, great products Disadvantages: Silly price for generic screen protector, SIM delay
Like so many people on this site, I was really nervous about committing to an internet mobile service. However, my circumstances made it difficult to go anywhere. I love gadgets, desired the HTC hero but can't get reception for Orange in my house. E2save had the hero on Vodafone. ==The Positives== My first order was with mobiles.co.uk. They emailed back saying they were out of stock with that contract. I found e2save. They are a sister of mobiles.co.uk ... ...of not getting caught in the cancellation trap some people have described, I called them. Unlike mobiles.co.uk, who had a automated response saying there would be an hour wait in the queue (well at least they told me!) I got through to customer services immediately. I have since done so again 3 more times, so perhaps customer services are improving here. I avoided the cashback contracts and went for a straightforward contract. I have a straightforward ...

Advantages: easy and cheaper Disadvantages: not helpfull if the sim sent back accidently
I used e2save to buy a LGcookie on orange tariff for my little boys christmas present. When my little boy opened it on chrisrtmas day it did not work and i rung them and they were very helpfull and replaced it within days. However my partner accidently sent the sim back with the original phone even though we were informed not to. When i rung to see if they could send the sim back as it had £10.00 credit on it they said it was not possible as the ...

Advantages: NONE They suck big time Disadvantages: Zero customer service, No particular address for cashback, Very rude with their customers
I have been with E2Save for about 3 years. Never have had any problems apart from the Cashback proceuder (which kind of sucks big time). today i was suppose to update my contract for next 12 or 18 months and being a very happy customer of e2Save i gave their upgrade department a call. All i wanted was the conversation with their representative to be straight on the point. Though he started using some rude words and called me awkward customer when ... ...impressing me. Then he pushed me to purchase by saying i will give you discount now Buy it!. I was so disapointed that ive decided to leave them being a customer.
Not recommended. Please dont buy. they dont know how to deal with their customers.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ...

****E2 cashback****
I have noticed a lot of bad reviews about this so decided to write my about my experience with them as so far it has been fine.
I came across my particular phone deal on the moneysavingexpert website.Basically quidco were offering a £50 cashback when you took out a contract with e2save plus the contract i got was giving you 12 months line rental free(by redemption -i had to pay it then send a claim) and it was a 12 month contract, ... ...up.
*Signing up*
I went via quidco when i bought the phone (feb this year) and it was delivered to me within 2 days.
I did not get the automated cash back when i should have so i had to phone up.the staff were very helpful and i received the cheque quite quickly after this. Also since i was not 100% sure of all my claim dates i phoned them up and they gave me them all.Since i signed up they have changed the claim period from 30 days to 60 days.
