Disadvantages: Relatively basic service

I have been with E7even for about 6 months now. Originally I signed up for 1Mb service at £240 for 24 months which included a free modem/4port router, microfilter/splitter and installation software. I have been cut off more times than I care to remember and on many an occasion have only been able to access certain internet pages. Support! Huh. You just get the run around and "well it should be working" treatment. Pathetic to say the least. When I first subscribed to e7even (as it was back then) it worked fine, occasionally I would have to re-set stuff on Outlook Express to get my emails which wasn't great, then I received an email telling me that at some point I might have to change my login. Advantages: cheap, on 1st glance
Disadvantages: does not connect alot of the time!

I signed up mid-last year, after doing some research on different comparison websites. e7 appeared to offer the cheapest service - at that time, reviews said that the connection speed wasn't great, but not being a download king I was just after a standard 1Mb BB connection.
