I purchased adobe acrobat pro9 using online payment and I was debited from my account immediately but no news of the software. I sent at least 10 emails but without any reply. I requested the tracking number for their shipment thro their online chat but so far no news. According to their ad their average response time for livechat is 16 seconds, for emails 27 min and over the phone 15 secs which is absolutely wrong. This site ecostsoftware is to be avoided.
